Counseling that Fits You

Depression
Depression can bring your life to a halt. Depression is caused by a variety of life stressors and lasts weeks to months. You may experience trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, unexplained sadness, lack of motivation, and hopelessness. Counseling can help you manage symptoms and feel like your self again.

Anxiety
Anxiety can leave you riddled with racing thoughts. You may feel edgy and overwhelmed, find yourself constant worried and overthinking, and restless. Counseling can help you calm the storm and take control of your life.

Trauma
Trauma affects us mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Symptoms impact all areas of life and can leave you feeling like you're drowning. Counseling can bring healing to your life and help you find peace.
Counseling Approaches
I am trained in a variety of counseling modalities and offer an integrative approach.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a psychotherapy technique that examines the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT can give you insight into your core beliefs, internal messaging, and emotional and behavioral responses to a variety of issues. CBT is a well-researched modality that can promote improved functioning.
Person-Centered Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy is a psychotherapy technique that views every person as having the ability for growth and self-actualization. This modality lends itself to the creation of a non-judgmental space to promote self-exploration.
Trauma Informed Care
Our counselors use an integrated approach and specific trauma modalities to help clients process traumatic events, manage trauma responses, and explore how to integrate experiences into one's story.
